Researchers in the Neurodevelopmental Laboratory on Addictions and Mental Health at McLean Hospital are partnering with the Boston Children’s Hospital Center for Adolescent Substance Abuse Research (CeASAR) on a research study to identify milestones of healthy adolescent brain development, and the impact of alcohol use on this process. Potential participants are not required to have used any alcohol or substances to be enrolled in this study. The study will involve one study visit to McLean Hospital per year for three years for an MRI brain scan and to complete a series of surveys and computer tasks.
